QUEENSLAND CRICKET'S ON-LINE COACHING COURSE

In 2006 Queensland Cricket has designed, an online Level O Orientation to Cricket Coaching, this will allow coaches, parents and volunteers to complete the coaching course in the comfort of there own home.  Available as of May 2006:

¨Scroll onto COACHING COURSES

¨Click on ORIENTATION TO COACHING COURSE

To complete the course you need to complete the following steps:

Step 1 

·Download and print off the Cricket Australia Orientation to Coaching book for reference

Step 2 

·Observe the 3 x 20 minute video streaming sessions

·Enter 'cricket' as your password

·Note you may need to download the codec http://vlqstream.tafe.net/brainz/download-codec.html for it to work

Step 3

·Download and print off the Quick Quiz for assessment

Step 4

·Email your completed quiz along with your contact details *  to your local Queensland Regional Cricket Manager

* Name, Address (Suburb/Postcode), Phone number (home) (mobile), Email, Date completed course

Your local RCM will then email your Orientation to Coaching Certificate, original Orientation to Coaching booklet and Junior Sport Policy to you
