Hey Walshy ,
How are things going , well I am very well. Things are going very nicely ! We have started off the season OK we have won two lost one and had one rained off so not a bad start for the Lichfield Cricket Club.
I have been doing some cricket coaching in the schools which has kept me going , and keeping me out of trouble . Also and as funny as this may sound I have been going to the gym about 3-4 times a week with Mongo , which is keeping the Pommy Ruuuuuugger off , hopefully when I come back in September I will be able to be recognised unlike last year.
All in all things are going very well, I caught up with Kelly the first night I was here which was great. In the beginning of June, Todd (Dunthorne) is going to come up and stay for 3 or so days which will be an eye opener for him but should be great.
We are also going to Prague for my Birthday this year for about 4 days which should be a belter of a trip , it will cost about £180 for the flight and accommodation but when there it will cost 50pents per pint, oh dear!!!!
We have afew other little plans in the making but the new video will capture all of it for prosperity , I have got a few files that I have done and put on Mongo s laptop but I cant figure out how to make them that smaller file that you showed me when I figure that out I shall send them to you.
As far as cricket goes personally I am going OK I have been getting starts but not going on with it , I think I got in my first 5 hits, 4 x 40's which was a shame but you get that!! I put that right in some ways yesterday when we played Skiddy's old team and we got 2-300 , I got 170* which was nice, Mongo got about 10* which included a six naturally. So we dicked them tell skiddy .
Well I have to play the Frog (Darren Frakes) next Sunday which is going to be sh*t , because Sat night is the only night of the week that we get on the p*ss but naturally we get stuck in big style , and the Frog being a gay bugger doesn't drink so we are going to have to bowl to him p*ssed up and him sober as a judge which I am really looking forward to !!!!!!!!
Well that is about the score , I have sent this to you on Word so you can use what you want to put on the website if you choose but I shall speak to you later , I am sending a video of Lichfield to my olds sometime this week so when they have finished with it they are going to give the big fella a call and if you want to have a bo peep you cant most definitely do so.
Oh yeah at this stage the last game here will be 14th September so I should be back straight after that , I may be back earlier depending on where we stand on the tables etc but I shall let you know , but before anyone tells the selectors that I am injured and wont be playing rep cricket I am fighting fit and ready .
